It is based around the theories of Accountable Leadership and places a strong emphasis on building and applying the leadership, management, and communication skills necessary to be an effective leader.

Creative Leadership for Managers


Leaders in any organization play many different roles and these days it’s not enough to simply “manage.” Instead, you have to inspire creativity and bring about positive change to keep your workforce engaged and motivated. Sound difficult? It doesn’t have to be with our breakthrough new seminar. In a complex and ever-changing work environment, effective leaders need to fulfill their roles in ways that provide the right guidance to those they lead. The key to effective leadership is finding the right balance. That requires both managers and their teams to step out of their comfort zones and adapt to what the organization needs to accomplish its goals. This training program will give managers an understanding of their leadership styles and the five roles they play. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to creatively manager you employees in new, exciting directions.

Leading When Not in Charge


John Maxwell sums up his definition of leadership as "leadership is influence - nothing more, nothing less." Some people are leaders because they are tasked to be leaders. But, you don’t have to be in a position of leadership to be a leader. Leadership is a learned technique. In this program, you will learn your purpose and your personal power. You will learn to motivate, persuade, inspire, and influence others to realize their potential. Make a difference no matter what the position you are in by putting the leadership skills of the great leaders into practice.

Effective Teams


Elevate BDGʼs Leading Effective Teams will teach participants how to grow employees into highly driven individuals dedicated to getting results. Participants will learn how to foster cooperation within their teams with effective decision-making tools that will inspire and motivate your team for success. Woven throughout the program are essential presentation and public speaking skills for effective leadership.

Leading From the Middle


Leading from the Middle is a leadership development program focused on equipping middle leaders with skills and strategies to meet the demands from above while providing resources to and meeting the needs of those below. Working hard and helping others has gotten you this far in your career, but now, new skills are required to keep you advancing. This 3-day program will provide participants with tools and strategies to succeed as a manager in the middle, focusing on personal accountability, resiliency, communication, influence, flexibility & self-awareness.

Transitioning from Staff to Supervisor


Being promoted into a position of leadership is a challenging transition. You now have to juggle being the boss and maintaining positive relationships with your employees. Not only do you get a whole new set of responsibilities, you have many new skills to learn as well. Elevate’s Transitioning from Staff to Supervisor program will teach participants how to become a confident leader and manage a team to get desired results. Participants will learn new skills and techniques to ease their transition from day one. They will learn how to manage their new staff, ease conflict, delegate, problem solve, ease into managerial duties, and more.

Mentor Match I & II—Mentor & Protégé


The responsibility for a good mentor/protégé relationship is both with the mentor and the protégé. Mentoring is a power-free, mutually beneficial learning situation where the mentor provides advice, shares knowledge and experiences, and teaches using a low pressure, self-discover approach. By teaching using an adult-learning model instead of a teacher-to-student model, mentors are able to willingly question their own methods for self-discovery and freely share their own experience and skills with their protégé. Strong mentors breed strong protégés to carry on the tradition of mentorship to others. A strong formal mentoring program strives for consistency, compatibility, support, and accountability. The training course for protégés ensures that any mentorship program is successful and rewarding by teaching the protégé what to look for in a mentor, build a strong relationship, and put the mentor’s knowledge to work. As skilled, educated, and motivated as you are, learning from someone who knows the ins and outs of your organization can be a powerful business asset. You have to be willing to work hard and do your part. This training will help you create and maintain a mutually rewarding mentor/mentee relationship.
