Strengths Assessment & Workshop

According to Gallup, only 40% of workers use their strengths every day at work, which means most of us aren't working up to our purpose and potential. Imagine if everyone in your workplace actually did work up to their potential, however! In partnership with Certified Strengths Coach Chris Heinz, Elevate is excited to present our new Strengths Assessment & Workshop, designed to help individuals and workplace teams to build from their strengths, find purpose, and be engaged at work. This dynamic program helps people build greater purpose, passion, and power in their life and work. Chris will help you identify each team member's top talent themes and explore the talent mix of the group based on the results of each individual's CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder) assessment. Broken down into four 3-hour workshops (which can be taken as a whole series or independently of each other), Chris will pinpoint your strengths and teach you how to use them effectively both in and out of the workplace!
