DISC Behavior Assessment
Effective people starts with an accurate perception of oneself, both strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. Behavioral analysis is a process that identifies work preferences and associated behavior and emotions. Emotions are observable and they effect HOW you communicate through both verbal and non-verbal communication. Gaining this understanding is the doorway to effective communication and understanding. Commonly used to improve teamwork and understand communication styles, Elevate BDG measures how much or how little an individual has of these four behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. This report is designed to help you attain a greater knowledge of yourself as well as others.
The report identifies an individuals natural and adapted style of dealing with problems, people, paces and procedures, their value to an organization, preferred method of communication, ideal work environment and reveals the specific talents an behaviors an individual brings to the job. Once an individual has insight to this knowledge about themselves, it is much easier to identify their role in the organization so you can then develop a system to capitalize on their particular value and make them an integral part of the team. You will be provided with a list of things to-do and not-to-do when communicating with the individual and identifies an individuals self-perception and how, under certain conditions, others may perceive their behavior. With this information you will be able to manage your team members as individuals and gain insight on the specific needs that must be met for them to perform at an optimal level and the possible limitations they may have when performing a task.
